Reservation Process
Follow these 5 Steps to become part of the OlliePups family!
RESEARCH & REVIEW
Thoroughly read through all sections of the OlliePups website to get an idea of who we are, how we do things, and to decide if you feel we are the right breeder for you. We don't want there to be any surpises for those interested in becoming part of the OlliePups family! Follow us on social media for the most up-to-date information!
APPLY
1. Navigate to the top of this page.
2. Hover over the last section to the right titled “Reserve Your Puppy.”
3. Click the subsection titled “Application.”
4. Fill out and submit the application for the breed/litter you are interested in.
*Applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received. We make every effort to review applications within 24 hours of submission.
PHONE CALL
If your application is approved, we will reach out to schedule a brief phone call with you. This phone call allows you to speak with one or both of us to ask any questions you may have. It will also ensure that we are a good fit for each other and are ready to move forward in the process. During this phone call we will let you know what puppy pick number is next on the waiting list.
RESERVATION FEE
Once approved, you will have 72 hours to lock in your quoted puppy pick number. This is done by submitting a non-refundable $500 reservation/administrative fee as well as a signed copy of our reservation agreement. We will open additional spots on each reservation list as needed following ultrasound confirmation, and once puppies are born.
THE WAIT!!!
Once your puppy pick number has been locked in, you are officially in wait and prepare mode! Although waiting and anticipating your new family member can be SO hard, it is also an exciting time. In preparation for your new arrival, you will begin receiving email updates with important dates and information such as temperament testing date, puppy pick date, how and when to pay your remaining balance, and go home day and location info. It is also so much fun to follow your new puppy and their littermates on social media from conception to go home day!
Puppy picks will begin at week 7 and will take place virtually via FaceTime, Zoom, or GoogleMeet. Each family will be scheduled a 30-minute slot, in order of puppy pick number, to ask any final questions and select an available puppy. When it is your timeslot, you will be able to choose from any of the remaining available puppies. If you do not feel that one of the puppies remaining are a good fit for you or your family, you will be able to transfer your reservation/administrative fee to a future litter.
*OlliePups maintains the 1st two puppy pick spots for every litter to use for program picks, other approved breeders, and service dog prospects. In the event that we choose not to use a spot, we will move people up on the list*
*Please note that all puppies are sold with a spay/neuter contract and as pets ONLY unless expressley agreed upon in writing. Breeding rights may be considered for an additional fee to approved breeders and breeding programs*
